LET’S GET STOOPED

 

It all started when…

I stepped on the scale and saw that instead of losing weight..
I had gained weight.
And that was after a whole year of…
eating better…
sleeping more…
and working out more.
So I was PISSED until…
I looked a little closer…
I had put on 11 POUNDS OF PURE PRE-WORKOUT, PROTEIN SHAKE, RIBEYE DINNER MUSCLES!!!
And only added 1% of body fat!
IT’S OFFICIAL I WAS STOOPED SWOLE!
All by doing a few simple things.
1. A routine that I could live with
2. Realistic goals
3. Meals that were healthy and tasty
